I hate weight loss supplements like I hate flaccid penises. They’re useless.
Hundreds of supplements flood the market, promising a quick fix to your weight loss problems. You, the gullible masses buy them and religiously pop these supplements but only to find that they help you zilch.
In my years of dieting and adopting the healthy lifestyle, I’ve tried many supplements. Most of them are flaccid penises. However, I’ve found some gems that do help me to lose or maintain my weight.
Here are 3 essential weight loss supplements I swear by:
1. Whey Protein
To me, this is the king of supplements. I take whey protein to supplement my daily protein intake and whenever I am too lazy to roast a chicken.
Nothing beats the convenience of mixing a scoop of whey protein in a glass of water. You have at least 24g of muscle-building protein in an flash.
2. Biotest Hot Rox
The manufacture claims Hot Rox is “better than than ephedra”. I’ve to agree with them. For one, Hot Rox does not kill you, but ephedra does. Some people have died a sudden death after taking ephedra.
Hot Rox enhances fat loss and prohibits fat creation. At first, I doubt these claims but after trying them for a couple of months, I find that Hot Rox does help me lose more weight than usual.
3. Carb Blockers
I’m not an Atkins groupie. But I find that I can’t tolerate carbs. I’ll gain weight if I take too much of them.
Carb blockers allow me to eat more carbs than usual. I often take carb blockers on my cheat days when I binge on everything.
You probably take more than 3 supplements. I bet most of them are useless. You are better off with just this 3 supplements which I find the most beneficial in my weight loss program.
