I’m a former fashion model. You’ve probably seen me in magazines or on TV. If you’re a guy, you’ve probably jacked off at my bikini shots.
As a model, the pressure was on me to maintain a certain weight. My job depends on it. If I gain two pounds, I won’t get an assignment. The modelling world is a bitch.
I have two weaknesses – sex and food. The first is irrelevant here. But the second is a problem because I tend to binge. Many times I find myself gaining weight in between assignments. Often I have to lose 7-15 pounds in less than a week.
So I will go on a crash diet. I will lose at least 7 pounds, usually a day before I do the catwalk or wear that tiny bikini. After years of crash dieting on-and-off, I’ve finally perfected the crash diet.
A diet that make me lose maximum weight in minimum time. I call it the Ruby Lee’s Diet – a Fashion Model’s diet.
The diet is simple. No calorie counting, no exercise. No drugs.
The model’s diet follows the law of five.
For years I religiously follow the law of five. No doubt I’ve never followed the law of five for more than two weeks, but whenever I need to lose weight fast, all I need to do is follow the law of five.
And the law of five will answer me. And the pounds will certainly go.
The law of five is my savior, my shepherd.
But I’m now an apostate of the law of five. I’m no longer a model, and I don’t have to lose weight that fast anymore. The law of five is of no use to me.

indeed they are thats why law 1 says “You must reduce your carbohydrate intake to almost zero”.
leafy veges have minute carbs content.

I eat any vegetables that have dark green leaves.

how much geens do you recommend during the 3-4 meals? So for ever meal leaffy veggies, hardful of nuts and the whey protein drink - 3 to 4 times a day. Is this correct? No other food at all. Just want to get it right? Look tough but if I get the results you say - it will be so worth it. Thanks in advance!

Did you feel light-headed or nausauce (sp)? Also can you put salt and pepper on the leafy veggies for flavor?

this diet has also worked for me when i need to loose wieght fast. i drink nothing but water and take tons of diet pills. i eat peas straight from the pod and a cheese sandwich every day.
