You’re a dieting sucker, aren’t you?
You listen to weight loss and dieting gurus without question.
You follow their unqualified prescriptions as if they are words from God. You take their diet pills like they are manna from God.
And yet, you struggle to lose weight. And yet you fail to maintain your weight after losing it.
Now it’s time you stop being a dieting sucker and listen to me. Stop wasting your hard-earned money on weight loss guru’s useless and unproven weight loss products. And stop destroying your body with their unqualified advice.
Why should you listen to me?
- Because I’m slim and sexy, and you’re not.
- I’m an ex-model who is still alive despite following almost all the dangerous diets created by the weight-loss gurus.
- I lost 40 pounds of fat while you don’t.
- What I say is based on science. Cold, hard, unbiased Science.
If you’d noticed, most of my blog posts are based on weight loss research. I don’t give you weight loss advice at my own whims. I’m not out to steal your money like the money-faced weight loss gurus. I don’t give a shit if you don’t buy anything from me.
Take what the latest weight loss research I’m going to tell as an example. You won’t find the weight loss gurus telling you this research because it contradicts their diet theory. Any new research that threatens their diet theory means a threat to their profits.
Here’s one latest weight loss research the gurus won’t tell you:
You don’t lose more weight on Low Glycemic Index Diet
Some Gurus tell you to eat more low Glycemic index food to produce a lower insulin response. One consequence from lower insulin response is you’ll lose more weight.
This is bullshit.
A new study finds that Glycemic load doesn’t matter. You don’t lose more weight eating more low GI food.
Science is unbiased. Science does not lie. Sometimes Science errs, but corrects itself with new research. My words are based on Science.
So don’t be a dieting sucker and hear my words.
