What I’m going to write may sound ridiculous and irrelevant.
What does lesbian has to do with this weight loss blog?
Well, it’s my blog and if I want to write about the sex life of a double-headed turtle, that’s my prerogative.
Furthermore, you never know if they’re lesbians reading BFR and so this post will teach them a thing or two about weight loss.
If you’re like my model friend Eliza who’s a closet lesbian, then what I’m going to tell you will certainly interest you. And if you stumble upon a fat lesbian, then this post will help you understand what she’s gone through.
My friend Eliza wasn’t fat. But since she left modeling she packed on the pounds. The last time I saw her naked, I was surprised that what was once a slim and taut body is now a massive heap of fat and cellulite. I had to force myself to make love to her.
Shit. Did I just tell you I’m a closet lesbian?
Promise me you won’t tell my boyfriend because this is another secret about me my boyfriend doesn’t know.
Indeed, there are two things in common between me and Eliza. We’re both closet lesbians (I’d call myself a bisexual) and fat or at least fat once. So, is there any relationship between being a lesbian and obesity?
There is, according to a recent study.
This study finds that childhood sexual abuse in an important contributing factor for weight gain in lesbians and also a factor preventing weight loss.
I don’t know if Eliza was ever sexually abused, but in my case I was once sexually abuse by a family friend. So this may explain partly why I was fat and why I gain weight easily.
But I doubt that my sexual abuse plays a major a role in me being fat. I believe I was fat because of my eating habits and my obsession with crash dieting.
This study doesn’t imply lesbians are fat or lesbians are victims of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). What this study implies is:
- If you’re a lesbian and a victim of CSA, then you are at risk of weight gain.
- If you’re a lesbian and a victim of CSA, then you may find it hard to lose weight.
If you’re a lesbian and a victim of CSA, don’t despair. I’m both a lesbian and a victim of CSA, but I’ve lost weight and lost it permanently.
You can find out how I lost weight and lost it permanently here.

Heheh, only you would come up wish such issues! Keep it coming ok.
Interesting, but then again the few butch & les frens I know aren’t fat, they’re freaking hot! Maybe they’re the minority. Nor have they opened up to me about their childhood abuse experiences.
You mentioned you were fat once, how come i don’t see any stretch marks on your pic … nor leftover cellulites. I’m a observant person on details
Totally offtopic … This is just me, coming from a guy, seeing a lesbian couple on the streets, i do feel wonder, where did we guys go wrong, for the gurl to seek comfort in another gurl, but then again, I’m all for a threesome! Hahaha, yes very da contradicting
